§ 31.202. Division Chief.

  • The Chief, Fire Operations shall be the Division Chief of the Fire Operations Division, and he shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The Chief, Fire Operations shall have at least five years' experience in the administration of firefighting, emergency medical or rescue personnel, equipment and apparatus; or commensurate training and experience.
