§ 58.101. Legislative findings and intent.

Latest version.
  • The Council finds that city created advisory boards and commissions serve the public interest through community interaction, fact finding, and by bringing forth the expertise of diverse community and business leaders. In order to ensure that the efforts of these advisory boards and commissions are not wasted, and to ensure that each such board or commission is recognized for its achievements, the Council finds that each such advisory board or commission should make a written annual report to the Council.
