§ 77.114. Coordination with other public and private agencies; Use of subject matter experts.

KHA may coordinate with federal, state, and private agencies in the Services implementation. Such agencies may include, but not be limited to, the Juvenile Justice Department, State Attorney Office, Florida Department of Children and Families, and Duval County Early Learning Coalition. The Board shall designate individuals as subject matter experts ("Subject Matter Experts") with expertise in children and youth services, non-profit entities, contract administration and such other areas as determined by the Board. The Board shall be required to consult with and receive presentations from Subject Matters Experts to assist the Board with developing and implementing the Essential Services Plan for Kids. Subject Matter Experts shall not be considered Board members for purposes of Florida's Open Meetings Law.
