§ 90.103. Chief librarian; employees.

  • The Board shall employ and discharge a chief librarian (who may be designated the Library Director) and such other persons as may be necessary to conduct a free library service. The person employed by them as chief librarian shall have a master's degree from an accredited college or university, in library science and at least five years' experience in library administration.
