§ 111.360. Fire/Rescue Production Revolving Fund.

  • There is hereby created the Fire/Rescue Production Revolving Fund , a permanent fund of the City, into which shall be deposited all revenues derived from Fire/Rescue training production sales and all revenues derived from production activities undertaken for other agencies of the City from July 1, 1994, and thereafter, together with such monies as may be appropriated by the Council, from time to time. Such monies, as they are deposited in the fund, are hereby appropriated for the purposes stated herein. The Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to make disbursements from this fund upon written request of the Director of Fire and Rescue, or his designee, for the purpose of funding purchases of supplies, materials and equipment which support Fire/Rescue training. The monies deposited in this fund shall not lapse at the end of any fiscal year and shall remain available for expenditure for the purposes set forth herein. The fund shall be subject to review and audit by the Council Auditor.
