§ 111.398. Courts Programs Trust Fund.
There is hereby created and established a Courts Programs Trust Fund into which shall be deposited all gifts, donations and contributions. All sums placed into this fund, together with any interest earned or accrued thereon, are hereby appropriated for the benefit of the Courts of the Fourth Judicial Circuit to be used to provide funding for various programs of the Courts of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, including programs to aid young people in their recovery from drug dependencies and in dealing with social situations within their families. All funds deposited to such Fund shall be the subject of a permanent and continuing appropriation which shall carry forward from year-to-year notwithstanding budget years. The Director of Finance and Administration is authorized to make disbursements from this Fund upon the written requisition of the Chief Judge or the Chief Judge's designee for the purposes of this section. This trust fund shall be subject to review and audit by the Council Auditor. Within 60 days of the end of each fiscal year, the Chief Judge (or the Chief Judge's designee) shall file with the Council Secretary a statement of all of the previous year's revenues and expenditures from the Fund.
