§ 111.545. Argyle Forest Boulevard Capital Improvement Fund.

There is created within the General Fund an account to be known as the Argyle Forest Boulevard Capital Improvement Fund, into which shall be deposited all monies paid over to the City pursuant to agreements approved by the Council, the terms of which provide that such monies shall be used for capital improvements to Argyle Forest Boulevard. The funds shall be devoted exclusively for capital improvements to Argyle Forest Boulevard. The Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to make disbursements from this Fund, after Council appropriation, for such purposes.
