§ 191.114. Attendance and participant standards for public safety emergency medical personnel at special events.

Applicants and promoters or sponsors of other events required to have emergency medical
services, including transportation as specified in Section 191.103, shall arrange for emergency medical services, including transportation, based upon
projected attendees and participants as follows:
