§ 462.1701. Establishment of fees.

The Chief of ACPS shall recommend adjustment to the fees for the various services provided by ACPS. A recommendation regarding the adjustment of fees will be made by the Chief of ACPS for adoption by the City Council no less than once every three years. The Division Chief, or designee, has the authority to reduce or waive fees based upon individual circumstances with the goal of returning pets to responsible owners even if they cannot afford the total fees amassed.
