§ 462.316. Penalty.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in any Section of this Part, a violation of this Part shall be a civil infraction punishable by a fine of not less than the amount designated in Chapter 462, Part 18. The Chief of ACPS is also authorized to seek injunctive relief against nuisances.
