§ 462.903. Use of exhaust fans.
No exhaust from a fan or other similar device may be directed to flow towards any residence from any area in which poultry or livestock is kept. Exhaust fans in areas for keeping poultry or livestock shall emit exhaust only through a stack that is constructed in accordance with the City's building code and with the approval of the Building Inspection Division. The outlet from such stack shall be no less than 15 feet higher than the highest building or residence located within a radius of 300 feet from the area in any direction.
