§ 668.105. List of prospective applicants.

The names of all applicants whose applications were not drawn pursuant to Section 668.103 or Section 668.106 shall be placed upon a list of prospective applicants for future assignments of sky boxes. The Director may also permit, under rules prescribed by him, other persons to submit applications, and their names shall be placed on this list of prospective applicants upon receipt of the completed application. If a lease is terminated, and when a lease expires, the applicants on this list shall be notified of the time and place of the public drawing to select a prospective lessee. No deposit shall be required of any person whose name is placed on this list.
