§ 734.101. Running locomotives or cars over streets.

  • It is unlawful to run a railroad locomotive or car over a street in the City without the permission of the City, by ordinance. Every person having charge or management of a locomotive or car who violates this Section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided for class A offenses.
