§ 734.102. Boarding moving locomotive or train.

No person shall board or enter upon a railway train, locomotive or railroad car while it is in motion, except those persons as have a right upon the train, locomotive or railroad car either as a passenger or as an employee. Violation of this Section shall constitute a class A offense.
