§ 804.1011. Parking prohibited at all times at certain places.

(a)

No person shall park a vehicle at any time on any of the following parts of streets, sidewalks or sidewalk areas, where signs are erected giving notice thereof:

(1)

In front of a theater entrance.

(2)

In front of the entrance or exit of a hotel.

(3)

In front of the entrance to a building where, in the opinion of the Traffic Engineer, parking should be prohibited.

(b)

Violation of this Section shall constitute a class A offense.
