§ 804.631. Trespassing with vehicle on private property.

  • It is unlawful to drive or park a vehicle upon a street, lane, alley, lot, piece or parcel of land without the knowledge and consent of the owner, lessee or tenant, if the private property is marked by notice of its private ownership, which notice shall include the name of the owner, lessee or tenant or, in the case of a firm or corporation, the name of the agent of the company responsible for the property. Violation of this Section shall constitute a class A offense.
