§ 804.804. City Council Request Process.
City Council Members upon review and input from the community may request the City Public Works Department for an un-signalized intersection crossing, also known as a crosswalk, at specific intersection locations on local roads. The request shall quantify and explain the need focusing on the basic justification criteria. The specific factual basic justification criteria shall be included in the request. The Public Works Department within 60 days of receipt of the request shall identify the appropriate device for the particular location and cost of device thereof.
