A use, building, structure, development or process regulated by the Zoning Code shall
comply with local, state and federal regulations related to environmental protection,
including those applicable to noise, vibration, smoke, radiation, odor, toxic emissions
and water or air pollution, and the standards adopted or implemented by the Neighborhoods
Department.
