§ 106.210. Budget ordinance filings and hearings.

(a)

The annual budget ordinance to be enacted by the Council shall be filed with the Council Secretary and be available for public inspection for not less than seven days subsequent to a final recommendation to the Council with respect thereto by the appropriate committee of the Council. In addition, copies of the proposed budget along with the names and phone numbers of the Council Auditor and the Director of Finance and Administration, shall be placed at the information desk in City Hall and at the information desk at each of the public libraries. Failure to observe these requirements shall not invalidate the budget ordinance.

(b)

The budget ordinance shall be enacted by the Council in accordance with F.S. Ch. 200.
