§ 106.305. Allocations and allotments.

The Mayor or his designee is authorized to allocate and allot the line items appropriated in the annual operating budget for the use of the general government in greater detail for information and greater budgetary control as he deems advisable. The Mayor shall provide to the Council Auditor a copy of the written documentation of the allocations made within three working days after the effective date thereof.
