§ 106.313. Return of funds not to affect lawsuit, etc.

Latest version.

Any provision in this chapter which requires unexpended funds to be returned as a lapsed appropriation or otherwise at the end of the fiscal year or fiscal period shall not be held to affect the status of any lawsuit or cause of action involving the right to those funds.
