§ 106.321. Use of public moneys for expenses of commissions, etc.

  • No public moneys shall be used for the payment of compensation or expenses of any commission, board, committee or similar body, or any member thereof, or for expenses in connection with any work or the results of any work or action of any commission, board, committee or similar body, unless the creation of such body shall be or shall have been authorized by law or by executive order; nor shall there be employed by detail, or otherwise, personal services from any executive department in connection with any unauthorized commission, board, committee or similar body.
