§ 106.323. Expenditures for recreational purposes.

  • No expenditures may be made by any independent agency from any of its appropriations for the purpose of purchasing, renting or otherwise acquiring any recreational equipment, supplies or services; or for the purpose of establishing, advertising or otherwise supporting any recreational activities, whether such activities are engaged in by its own members or employees or by any other person, organization or group. No independent agency may allocate or allot any appropriation for either of the purposes in the preceding sentence, and, to that extent, no independent agency shall have any authority to make any allocation or allotment of any appropriation whatsoever.
