§ 106.333. Contracts in violation void.

Latest version.

Any contract or other indebtedness made or incurred in violation of Section 106.331 or Section 106.332 shall be null and void as to the City or independent agency. No funds shall be paid in satisfaction thereof or of any claim founded thereon.
