§ 106.346. Additional revenues received during a fiscal year.

The Council hereby appropriates, in the not-to-exceed amount of $100,000, additional revenues received by each CRA Trust Fund during a fiscal year. Such additional revenues shall be appropriated to the applicable CRA Board's Unallocated Plan Authorized Expenditures within the Plan Authorized Expenditures Category of the Approved CRA Budget and allocated or transferred by the CRA Board as provided in Subpart without further Council approval. Any additional revenues in excess of $100,000 and received by each CRA Trust Fund during a fiscal year shall require further approval and appropriation by the Council.
