§ 106.406. Preservation of status quo upon pay grade changing.

  • Anything in this part to the contrary notwithstanding, when a pay grade range for a job classification is changed as a result of a collective bargaining agreement approved by City Council, or an approved change to the City-wide compensation and classification plan which affects employees not covered by collective bargaining agreements, the base salaries of affected employees whose base salaries are above the maximum of the new pay grade range shall not be reduced to the new pay grade range maximums.
