§ 106.502. Vehicle use and allowance policies.

The Mayor is authorized to establish a written Vehicle Use and Allowance Policy to provide for the use of "take home" vehicles and the provision of "car allowances" by City of Jacksonville employees not otherwise covered by this Part. Said policy, and any changes thereto, shall be filed with the Chief of Legislative Services and the Council Auditor prior to becoming effective. The costs of any such policy shall be subject to the annual budget or any amendment thereto.
