§ 111.110. Cecil Equestrian Center Capital Improvement Trust Fund.

  • There is created the Cecil Equestrian Center Capital Improvement Trust Fund, a permanent, ongoing trust fund of the City, which shall carry forward each fiscal year. The fund is authorized to accept gifts, fees, and other donations. Monies deposited in the fund, together with any interest accrued thereon, shall be expended only for the specific purpose of financing capital improvements to the Cecil Equestrian Center. Subject to appropriation by the Council, the Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to make disbursements from the fund. This fund shall be reviewed by the City Council five years after adoption.
