There is created the
103rd Street Go Kart Track Trust Fund,
a permanent, ongoing trust fund of the City, which shall carry forward each fiscal
year. The fund is authorized to accept gifts, fees and other donations. Monies deposited
in the fund, together with any interest accrued thereon, shall be expended only for
a specific purposes. All expenditures made from the fund shall be for capital improvements
to the 103rd Street Go Kart Track facility. Subject to appropriation by the Council,
the Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to make disbursements
from the Fund upon the written direction of the Director of Recreation and Parks.
