§ 111.515. Local Option Gas Tax Trust Fund.

There is hereby established a Local Option Gas Tax Trust Fund , into which shall be paid all of the proceeds received by the City from the State Local Option Gas Tax Trust Fund as a result of the local option gas tax imposed by Chapter 799, together with funds that may be distributed to the City under F.S. § 336.025(6). Monies in this account shall be available for expenditure without regard to fiscal years in accordance with appropriations made by the Council from time to time and only for transportation expenditures, as defined in F.S. § 336.025(7).
