§ 111.700. Mimi and Lee Adams Environmental Awards Trust Fund.

There is hereby created an account to be known as the Mimi and Lee Adams Environmental Awards Trust Fund , into which shall be deposited all donations and gifts, together with interest thereon, which are given to the City from nongovernmental sources to assist in defraying the expense of administering and awarding the Mimi and Lee Adams Environmental Awards as determined by Executive Order Number 84-69 issued by the Mayor, subject to the terms and conditions of the donation or gift, if any. The trust funds and interest also may be used in a fiscal year for other expenses or projects of the Mimi and Lee Adams Environmental Advisory Board, but only if all expenses of administering and awarding the Mimi and Lee Adams Environmental Awards for that fiscal year have first been defrayed with existing trust funds. The Director of Finance and Administration is authorized and directed to make disbursements from this fund upon the written request of the Chief Administrative Officer. To the extent that disbursements are made, the funds shall be appropriated for the purpose of the disbursement. All monies deposited in this trust fund shall carry over fiscal years to be used for the purposes herein described.
