§ 122.104. Hours public offices open.

All public offices of the City shall be kept open for business on Monday through Friday of each week from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., local time, except as otherwise provided by law. This Section shall not be applicable to the judiciary where the judges of their respective courts have prescribed different office hours nor to the public libraries system where the Board of Library Trustees may prescribe different hours.
