§ 123.207. Exemption from other Ordinance Code requirements; responsibility to comply with all applicable federal or state laws, rules or regulations.

(a)

Once a production permit has been signed and issued, and notwithstanding any other provisions of the Ordinance Code to the contrary, no other City permits shall be required for any of the activities forming a part of the production.

(b)

The provisions concerning assembly and facility use permits of the Ordinance Code, insofar as certain acts are required or prohibited, may be suspended in connection with the conduct of a production pursuant to this Part.

(c)

Notwithstanding any exemptions from the Ordinance Code granted in this Part, all applicants shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules or regulations of federal or state entities concerning the activities to be performed pursuant to the City permit issued pursuant to this Part.
