§ 160.104. Additional permits required.

A miscellaneous permit, as provided for in section 320.401(e), in the amount of one hundred dollars is required prior to erection and/or use of any carnival rides or amusement devices and all approvals required herein or as may be required by other agencies shall be obtained prior to issuance of the permit.
