§ 170.102. Smoking on buses.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for a person to smoke in a bus in the city. A person violating this section shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than five dollars nor more than ten dollars or shall be imprisoned for not less than five days nor more than ten days.
