§ 170.109. Penalty for violations; suspension and revocation of license.

Violation of a provision of sections 170.105—170.109 shall constitute a class D offense. In addition to a fine or imprisonment, for the first offense, the permit of the violator shall be suspended for fifteen days; for the second offense, the permit shall be suspended for thirty days; and for the third offense, the permit shall be revoked.
