§ 185.207. Business hours.

Latest version.

No junk dealer shall acquire, and no junk gatherer or other person shall dispose of junk between the hours of:
(a)

6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on week days, and

(b)

6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 7:00 a.m. on the following Monday.
