§ 197.104. Sanitary standards.
Latest version.
All stables and lots where horses or other animals are kept in connection with a riding academy shall be maintained in a strictly sanitary manner for the protection of the public from communicable disease, obnoxious odors, obnoxious insects and other nuisances. The Public Health Unit Medical Director may prescribe detailed regulations to implement these standards.
