§ 200.208. Transition period for regulations, restrictions, and licensure provisions.

Each secondhand dealer operating as a title loan lender on the effective date of this Part shall have three months from the effective date of this Part to comply with the regulations, restrictions, and licensure provisions of this Part before the division may initiate any administrative or civil action, or refer a matter for criminal prosecution.
