§ 220.210. Changes in corporate structure.

A permit holder which is a corporation shall file with the Department a certified copy of its articles of incorporation and of the bylaws adopted by its board of directors. A certified copy of amendments to the articles of incorporation and bylaws shall be filed in like manner.
