§ 220.501. Inspection.

The Department may enter and inspect a property, premises or place on or at which a for-hire business is being conducted and property which is under construction for this purpose at any time the facility is manned by operating personnel, for the purpose of ascertaining the state of compliance with this Chapter and the rules promulgated by the Director. No person shall refuse immediate entry or access to an employee of the Department who enters for the purpose of inspection and who presents appropriate credentials nor shall a person obstruct, hamper or interfere with an inspection. At his request, the owner or occupant of the property, premises or place shall receive a report from the Department setting out its findings with respect to compliance.
