§ 603.203. Duties of Parents and Legal Guardians.

A parent or legal guardian of a child has a duty and responsibility to ensure that a child does not violate section 603.201 or 603.202, of the Children's Curfew. It shall be a violation of this section for a parent or legal guardian to knowingly allow or permit a child to violate the curfew provisions of section 603.201 or 603.202.
