§ 710.117. Notices.

Every direction, notice or order to be served upon the Franchisee shall be sent by certified mail to its office located in the City. Every notice to be served upon the City shall be sent by certified mail and by U.S. Mail to the Director, RESD, 117 W. Duval Street, Suite 225, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, with a copy by certified and U.S. Mail to the Mayor of Jacksonville, Suite 400, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville Florida 32202, the City Council President, Suite 425, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, and the Council Auditor, Suite 200, 117 W. Duval Street, Jacksonville Florida 32202, or to such other addresses that the City provides to Franchisee in writing, referencing this Section.
