§ 734.108. Electric flash signals.

  • At every railroad crossing where electric flashlight signals are required, every person owning or operating a railroad train or car over the track or crossing shall install and maintain either automatic or manually operated electric flashlight signals of a design approved by the Association of American Railroads for street crossings and approved by the City Traffic Engineer.
