§ 800.102. Acrobatic flying.

  • (a)

    Acrobatic flying means intentional maneuvers not necessary to air navigations.

    (b)

    Prohibitions. No person shall acrobatically fly an aircraft:

    (1)

    Without the approval of the Sheriff, over an open-air assembly of persons.

    (2)

    Below two thousand feet in height over an established civil airway.

    (3)

    At any height over or within one thousand feet measured horizontally of a certified airport or landing field.

    (4)

    Carrying passengers for hire or reward.
