§ 804.101. Use of definitions; short title.

(a)

Whenever a word or phrase used in this Chapter is not defined by this Chapter but is defined in the laws of the state regulating the operation of motor vehicles, the definition provided by state law shall be deemed to apply to the word or phrase used in this Chapter.

(b)

This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Jacksonville Traffic Code. It shall be referred to herein as this Code.
