§ 106.214. Supplemental appropriation requests.

The Mayor may from time to time submit to the Council proposed supplemental appropriations:

(a)

As a result of the receipt by the City of revenues in excess of the budgeted revenues from a source provided for in the budget ordinance or another appropriation ordinance.

(b)

As a result of the receipt by the City of revenues from a source not provided for in the budget ordinance or another appropriation ordinance.

(c)

Necessary on account of ordinances enacted after the enactment of the budget ordinance.

(d)

Because of unexpected increases in cost of services, materials, supplies and the like in a capital improvement project.

(e)

To transfer funds in those cases wherein he does not have the authority to make such transfer.
