§ 106.413. Expenditure of appropriation balances.

Latest version.

Except as otherwise provided, all balances of appropriations contained in the budget ordinance or other appropriation ordinances and made specifically for the use of any fiscal year or other definite period of time shall only be applied to the payment of expenses properly incurred during that year or other definite period of time.
