§ 111.375. Teen Court Programs Trust Fund.
There is hereby established within the General Trust and Agency Funds an account to be known as the Teen Court Programs Trust Fund , into which the Clerk of Court shall deposit the fees collected pursuant to Section 634.106, Ordinance Code, and other fines or fees as may be collected by the Teen Court programs. The funds shall be used for the operation and administration of Teen Court programs that provide Duval County youth with an alternative to a conviction record by diverting them into programs where they are subject to peer group involvement as part of the rehabilitation process, and/or exposure to community service work and positive role models.
The Fourth Judicial Circuit Court Trial Court Administrator shall be responsible for the administration of the Duval County Teen Court Program.
The Court Administrator shall comply with the provisions of the Municipal Code and all applicable laws.
