§ 111.380. Court Cost Courthouse Trust Fund Per Sec. 634.102(e).

There is hereby established a special fund within the City's accounts, to be known
as the "Court Cost Courthouse Trust Fund Per Sec. 634.102(e)", into which the Clerk
of Court shall deposit the fees collected pursuant to Section 318.18(13)(a), F.S.
and Section 634.102(e), Ordinance Code. The funds shall be used exclusively to fund
the maintenance and capital improvements of court facilities. Said funds may either
be utilized directly for the funding of maintenance, capital outlays, equipment or
furniture for courthouse facilities, or used as a committed revenue source for the
bonding of the above described costs. All sums placed into the fund shall thereafter
be appropriated by the City Council in accordance with this section. Any undistributed
funds shall not lapse at the close of any fiscal year, but instead shall carry over
to the next fiscal year.
